Sub-processors

This is the list of third-party providers of the current Emedis Cloud release. It is current as of 30 September 2026 and may change. Formal data-processing agreements with these providers are being put in place; please contact us to discuss data-protection terms for your practice.

Earlier pilot environments used other providers (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Cerebras, Groq and a global Deepgram endpoint). They are not part of the current release, hold no data of it, and are being decommissioned.

How patient data flows. The patient's identity is encrypted by the Emedis server before it is stored and is removed from text before the text reaches the language model. Audio and text are processed by the models that Emedis runs on the GPU provider's servers. Audio is not stored. Where a location above is marked as not decided or pending, Emedis has not fixed it yet and does not claim one.
